Sehr angenehm, sauber, nahe zum See
Wir 3 haben vor Ostern paar Tage in grossen und modern ausgebauten Appartement verbracht. War alles Tip Top. Die schöne Aussicht auf den hübsche Hotelgarten mit romantischen Beleuchtung war auch sehr eindrucksvoll. Die Gartenanlage ist sehr gepflegt. See, Parks und Restaurant sind in der nahe. Ein kleiner Schuttle-Zug fährt auch bis zum Zentrum und zurück. Wir werden wieder kommen.

Die Wohnung hat ihren besonderen Reiz durch die Lage inmitten der gepflegten Hotelanlage Giardino. Kleine, unerhebliche Mängel des Mobiliars kann man deshalb übersehen.

Schöne Ferienwohnung in Seenähe
Eine schöne Ferienwohnung in Seenähe, hat alles was es braucht und Haustiere sind erlaubt! Anreisen ist nicht nur samstags möglich!! Leider etwas lärmig, da jeden Tag für das Hotel Giardino Gartenarbeiten mit Motoren erledigt werden. Langsam wären kleinere Renovationen nötig. Steckdose in Küche liegt frei und Badezimmer haben viel zu wenig Licht.

Kein gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis
Die Wohnung ist geschmackvoll und funktional eingerichtet. Die Küche ist jedoch klein und eher rudimentär ausgestattet (z.B. hat es nur ein Küchenmesser) und es gibt keinen Platz, um Lebensmittel einzuräumen. Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis stimmt nicht, da wir die im Inserat angepriesenen Zusatzleistungen wie Garten, Pool, Restaurant des Hotels Giardino nicht nutzen konnten. Wir wurden darüber bei der Buchung nicht informiert und das Inserat wurde erst nachträglich angepasst.

Schönes Objekt
Schöne Lage, gut eingerichtete Wohnung, ausreichend Platz. 2 - 3 Mängel die zu beheben sind. Fenster, Lavabo, Heizung. Im weitern erwarten wir von Interhome den Hinweis, dass der Hotelbetreib in dieser Zeit Renovationen ausführen lässt. Die Arbeiten starten 0700h und dauern bis 1700h. Das war gar nicht toll.

Bootsurlaub
Die Wohnung war nur 5 Gehminuten vom Hafen Ascona weg. War sehr gut eingerichtet mit kleinen Mängeln. Im großen Bad gab es keine Steckdosen und keinen Kleiderhaken und etwas wenig Beleuchtung. Da es sehr warm war, wäre eine Klimaanlage bei diesem Preis nicht schlecht gewesen. Nach knapp zwei Wochen Aufenthalt bekam man die Wärme nicht mehr aus den Zimmern. Ansonsten haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt und die Zeit genossen.
