Traumhafte Aussicht

Die Schlüsselübergabe vor Ort war sehr unkompliziert, die Lage des Hauses oberhalb Ascona einfach top. Die Wohnung ist sehr grosszügig. Man hat genügend Platz und die Wohnung ist stilvoll sowie komplett eingerichtet. Die Aussicht auf den See und das Städtchen sowie bis nach Locarno und Italien ist absolut herrlich!

Die Wohnung liegt traumhaft oberhalb Ascona mit einer wunderbaren Aussicht auf den See und die Berge. Alle Räume sind sehr gross, super ist das grosse Sofa im Wohnzimmer. Der kleine Balkon ist gross genug, um darauf mit Sicht Richtung Tenero gemütlich zu essen. Gerne kommen wir wieder!

Schöne, helle Wohnung mit grandioser Aussicht. Zentrum in 10 Minuten zu Fuss erreichbar. Brötli- und Getränkeservice sind sehr praktisch. (und unkompliziert organisiert) Verbesserungswunsch: Der Gast darf bei der Abreise den Geschirrspüler laufen lassen und verreisen. (im Moment ist es so, dass der Geschirrspüler in geleertem Zustand zurückgelassen werden muss.

Erstklassige Ferienwohnung!

Zusammen mit meiner Familie habe ich drei sehr schöne Tage in Ascona und der Ferienwohnung verbracht. Die Aussicht auf See und Berge ist einfach unglaublich schön. Die Zimmer sind grosszügig, alles ist in sehr gepflegtem, sehr gutem Zustand. Man sollte sich aber darauf einstellen, dass es in der Küche keinerlei Gewürze, Öle oder dergleichen gibt. Schalen/Schüsseln ebenfalls nicht und auch kein Spüli. Balkone und Fensterfront sind nicht kindersicher! Man muss Fenster und Balkontüren zu lassen.

Die Wohnung befindet sic an bester Aussichtslage und das Zentrum von Ascona ist zu Fuss in ca. 5 Minuten leicht zu erreichen. Neben einem Brötchenservice werden auch gekühlte Getränke sehr preisgünstig angeboten.
