Small problem checking in

Lady at check-in programmed our keys wrong so they did not work and I had to come back down. She didn’t seem to be particularly happy to be there so maybe just a bad day. Beds were comfortable, but bathroom area was small.

The overnight staff was the absolute best!!! Morning staff was good. They have a full spread breakfast. Eggs, sausage potatoes, waffles bagels, toast, 4 different juices. Good parking. The facility is old and in need of updates. All the hallways smell like marajuana 24 hours a day. The rooms are very small, but were clean. Not spotless but clean.

Good hotel stay with breakfast

This hotel is a fair distance from Asheville center, but quick convenient access to the freeway. Had two beds, which felt a bit cramped, but enough space to move around. Bed was comfortable, but my companion didn't like the pillows. Room is clearly a bit dated in places (like certain furniture), but room was clean and no complaints overall. Shower appeared more recently remodeled. Unfortunately, weather didn't permit pool usage. Breakfast was pretty expansive with a good selection, which surprised me. They had yogurt and different sandwiches. Eggs, sausage, potatoes and waffles. Along with typical things like cereal and other breakfast starches. For an included breakfast it was a pretty good spread. Overall a decent stay. Not the most updated, or close to the city. Fairly comfortable, clean room with good breakfast included.
