Dirty room. Hair on bathroom floor. Torn wallpaper in bathroom with beat up furniture. Very creepy place, I arrived late, they gave me the last room on the end of the first floor, said they couldn't accept my early mobile check-in from a 3rd party site- reason for getting only room left. Dirty& beat up?? I checked out, was planning to stay several more nights. said I would be charged for 1 more night. I called hotel.com. Waiting for resolution.
