We stayed one night but the beds and pillos were sooo comfortable. Everything was clean and the staff was great. The maintenance woman helped me fjgure out the tv. Got it in no time.

We had no hot water. For $300 a night it would be nice to at least take a hot shower. No hot water Saturday or Sunday!!! Would like a call from Expedia or someone this is unacceptable!

The rooms were clean but we had our room on 2nd Floor and the balcony was faving the indoor pool. There were children in the pool and it was so noisy. The pool placement/room placement should be better or the doors of such room should be sound proof. Water heating system had issues and there was no hot water for hours in the morning. Had to take a cold shower in a 42F temprature.

The hotel was very clean and pleasant to stay at. The only complaint I have is not offering complimentary breakfast. I’ve stayed at cheaper hotels that were less fancy and they offered basic complimentary breakfast for guests. For the price I payed for staying 1 night I was hoping for atleast that much. Other than that it was a very beautiful hotel, thankful there was places to eat nearby!

The parking area ppeared to be safe. A left turn out of the hotel driveway onto the busy road is very difficult due to the dense bushes and curve of the road, creating a blind spot. But , the back entrance is much better.

This was a good place for us to stop for the night on the way to Charleston. The lobby did reek of the chlorine because the pool is right there (random, kind of cool, but the smells is not fun). Nevertheless, it was clean and safe.

There was a family reunion with kids, running everywhere and no staff or parents doing anything about it. The noise level was over the top at the pool and in the lobby we thankfully you were at the end of the hall away from where the families were staying, but in order to get out the door we had to prop it open with a hanger because maintenance couldn’t fix the key card issue.

The staff allowed the noise in the lobby to continue going on with no respect for other guests. There was a large group of boys…a baseball team and the parents…that completely took over the pool and lobby area. This hotel has an indoor pool as a part of their open lobby. The noise was deafening on Friday and Saturday nights until 10 pm when the pool closed. We were visiting family and could barely carry on a conversation.
