Room service was horrible in that it was NON-EXISTENT. I had to complain and ask for them to bring fresh towels and the one morning they came and did it they didn’t even fix the bed. The MAIN reason I chose this hotel was that it advertised daily room service which isn’t true. BREAKFAST- - food gave out every morning even on mornings that there weren’t many people, Most mornings both of the coffee containers were empty and someone had to bring it to the staffs attention they were empty. The staff moved so slow re-filling it was ridiculous. All The front desk staff were friendly although the first day we checked in, she handed me the room cards and I had to ask where the room was

We had a great stay here! From making online reservations to check out, the process was quick and easy! All staff members we interacted with were very friendly and our room was clean. The breakfast provided was also really great, with a good variety of hot foods as well as quick options. We were only in town for one night, but the location was convenient to downtown Asheville. It was close to many shopping and dining options. Would highly recommend staying here!

Absolutely loved the shower… especially the strong water pressure… outstanding!!! Disappointed with the in-room TV functionality. The channel selections were not aligned with the electronic channel guide making it very difficult to select a specific program. Had to literally scroll through many of the 120+ channels one-by-one each time to find what I was looking for. Asked for assistance at the lobby desk and was told the new Hisense TV’s on the 3rd floor needed to be individually and manually programmed by the maintenance team when they returned the next week. Not a solution that was helpful for me since that was after my 2-night weekend stay. Very frustrating.

This was one of the dirtiest Holiday Inns we've stayed at. The bathroom isn't completely clean. For the price per night, it's not worth what it offers. It seems poorly maintained. The breakfast staff was very slow and unhelpful. I don't recommend it for that area of ​​Ashville.

Our TV in the room was not working. Went down to the front desk to complain. She did put a note in the computer to have it fixed in the morning. We stopped by the front desk in the morning to make sure it was fixed that day. They said it would be fixed by time we got back to the room. It was not. Complained again but nothing was done. Also the breakfast area is small. We also had to wait about twenty minutes for them to bring out more food. The hotel could use some updating.

For the price, it was amazing. Never seen a hotel staff anywhere constantly clean as much as they do! Everyone was very nice. Waffle House across the street is great

The toilet didn’t flush properly, the hotel was generally dirty and run down. The hotel room itself was very filthy. The cleaning staff didn’t wait for a woman and her baby to get on the elevator and cut her in line to get their cart on the elevator first. Just rude.
