Wow! We had a wonderful stay at the Windsor Boutique Hotel. The rooms were beautiful and thoughtfully decorated. The bed was really comfortable. Having a full kitchen and washer/dryer was the main selling point for us. The parking situation is easy-peasy and you can unload in front of the hotel before parking. The front desk staff is very kind and professional. The location can't be beat. We were able to walk to everything we needed and never had to use our car once all week! I hope to stay again during my next trip to Asheville!

Lovely boutique hotel! The room was beautifully decorated with well-equipped kitchen, comfy living area, and quality bath amenities, robes, slippers, etc., in a perfect downtown location. We only spent one night to see the Thomas Dambo Trolls at the N.C. Arboretum, but it would be a great home base for extended stays exploring downtown Asheville and beyond.

The staff was incredibly helpful at check in and on check out. The building definitely brings the older building charm with modern amenities. The parking is close enough that it wasn’t an issue, especially given that the location is downtown Ashville. I would love to return and stay longer.

Great location. Really loved the style of the hotel, hardwood floors, nicely furnished, staff was courteous, and rooms were also very nice. However, the the beds need huge improvement. Both the Queen size bed and the sofa bed were in terrible condition. Had trouble sleeping at all.
