The layout of the facility makes it easy to get to your room and to get in and out to the different parking spots. The staff were always available and quite helpful. I appreciated the Gideons Bible in the room.

Well, there are multiple entrances and exits. Only two have a ramp for someone in a wheelchair the others end in sidewalk with a very large curb. This is not make the property fully accessible. And while this property is extremely clean, I find it funny that my room has been cleaned three times and it still has a spiderweb hanging from the ceiling that nobody can seem to get.

The key cards would not work. I had to go back to get it reset twice; the desk clerk was very annoyed with me and implied it was my fault the key wasn't working i.e. "Did you try both cards? Did you put the card in the right way? What color did the door display? Did you have the card near your phone?" After the second trip to the front desk, we were given a different room, the key card worked the first time. I won't stay here again despite the convenient location.

Hotel advertises airport shuttle, but they share a small shuttle with two other hotels. So when we checked in the shuttle was fully booked and we had to arrange an Uber. This isn't a big city, so getting an Uber was iffy. The Uber driver told us this happens all the time. So Wyndam get your act together or take the "free Shuttle" off your advertising.

The ac was very old and very noisy sounds like it was going to die. Couldn’t leave it on when we went to sleep. Very annoying sitting in the room with it on.

The hotel may be very nice for all I know. But I was prevented from checking in because I arrived 2 am. I arrived at an ungodly hour because my flight into Asheville was delayed for hours due to bad weather. I had already paid for my room. The hotel's lack of care and concern for an exhausted traveler is disgraceful. Shame on them!
