Everything about this house was just as advertised and we really enjoyed the outdoor areas. Saw a large buck in the back yard the first night and had a herd of elk cross the road just down the driveway. Very convenient to Mt Rainier. Michelle responded to all questions almost immediately. Would definitely stay again.

Wonderful Memories on Family GetawayI’ve stayed at a fair number of places over the years, and this is one of the best and most enjoyable and relaxing experiences I’ve had. The check-in process was smooth, and Michelle did a great job communicating before and during our stay. Great outdoor area with hot tub, BBQ, fire pit and plentiful seating. The inside was clean, comfortable and practical. We were able to make some great meals there and enjoyed the property even more. It is very close to Mt Rainier National Park which was convenient for the hikes we had planned. The hot tub was great to help unwind especially after some of the longer hikes. I would not hesitate to recommend Luke’s Landing to anyone looking to stay in this area.

Very Nice House
This property and home is very nice. You can tell it is a pretty new home. Everything in the home build is of high quality. It has all the amenities you could need. Our only negative is that it was very hot while we were there. There is typically no need for central air in this region of the country, so of course there is not any. We slept upstairs and it got very hot, even though we followed the recommendations of the host to run the mini-split unit. We utilized the box fans, and while that helped, it was still warm. Then, on the second night, we lost power around 10 PM. That made for a pretty miserable evening. Apparently, power outages are fairly common in the area. However, this was not notated. With the loss of power, we had no means of communication because cell service does not exist (we have ATT). There were no procedures listed for us in case of power loss (i.e. power company contact). Overall, this is a very nice property and extremely convenient to Mt. Rainier. I would certainly recommend it. My comments are simply to keep others informed.

The house was perfect. We were three couples, everyone had their own room. It was immaculately clean. We used all of the amenities, the hot tub, and the outside fire pit. The beds were very comfortable, the kitchen was stocked appropriately. Not one complaint.

Wonderful property in a great location
We really had a great time. I was enthused by the thoughtful design and amenities and the exceptional cleanliness and f the property. We spent a lot of time away hiking in the surrounding state and national parks, it was always a joy to return to our home away from home whether to take a quick dip in the hot tub, roast marshmallows at the fire pit or just relax in the back yard.Ms. Glacier is a wonderful host who checked in regularly with us.We look forward to future visits to Mt. Rainier and to staying at this wonderful place again.

Best vacation in a long time
My wife and I had an amazing time during our three day stay and we both wish we could have stayed longer. The cabin was immaculate and just as shown in the posted pictures. Michelle made check-in a breeze and was otherwise a great host! Immediately upon entering the cabin it was obvious the cabin was clean and smelled great. This place is seriously a hidden gym. I spent a LOT of time researching cabins around the state of Washington and ultimately decided upon this one. My wife wanted a place with a hot tub. There are plenty of cabins with a hot tub but this one is well-covered from weather. In the same area there's a great little area for sitting with heated lamps. It was soooo quiet outside during our stay. You can actually hear a running river which is somewhere behind the property. My wife and I also loved the firepit behind the back deck. The kitchen had everything one could need. Plates, cups, silverware, containers, cutting boards, coffee pot/Keurig combination and even various spices were available for use. The kitchen island/barstools were a nice touch. The yard has really nice decorations and the property is gated. There are several stores nearby with pretty much anything you may have forgotten at home which I visited several times. The Nisqually Gate for Mount Rainier National Park is about five miles from the cabin. My wife and I hiked the Wonderland Trail which runs along a beautiful river. Best vacation experience we've had in a long time!
