Pity about the parking charge

Very friendly staff. Lovely room. Fairtrade hot drinks! Watch out for £10 / night secure parking charge and for busy restaurant at the pub. Can recommend Glenton's bakery next door for breakfast and lunch items. Overall excellent value .

Lovely welcome and quick check in. Room was very comfortable with everything we needed for our stay. We had dinner in the restaurant which had a good variety reasonably priced meals and drinks. We opted not to have breakfast in the hotel as we thought this was a little expensive at £15 -£20 per person. Overall an enjoyable stay.

Welcoming reception. The food is amazing. Family friendly pub and restaurant. Rooms ok. Toilet cistern... you must press both buttons together to flush otherwise the nouse of water all night long. Instructions would be helpful along with a notification to say milk in fridge. Staff go extea mike to look after you. Bed comfy. Pillows confy too.
