The living room has a ceiling fan, comfortable couches and 58" smart tv. The dining table seats 5 and there are French doors that open to the large covered rear porch. The porch has a dining table for two, comfy outdoor seating and privacy curtains. The kitchen has lots of cabinet space, smoothe top electric range, Keurig, blender, crockpot, dishwasher, refrigerator/freezer, microwave, ceramic tile backsplash and island with eating bar for 3. The large master bedroom has double closets, king bed with new memory foam mattress, ceiling fan, bedside tables with reading lamps, a 30" smart tv and a dedicated workspace. Guest bedroom has a queen bed with new memory foam mattress and a ceiling fan. Perfect for a relaxing stay. There is a large one car garage which allows for lots of storage & the concrete driveway will hold four cars. With a cozy atmosphere and essential amenities like central heating and AC, guests will feel right at home. The bathroom includes a tub/shower combo, large granite top vanity with drawer storage, linen closet, lots of towels and a hair dryer for added convenience. We think our place will help you experience everything Ashville has to offer and is a great temporary home for work assignments, house hunting or extended visits with family!
