This unit was so run down. Rugs were all frayed and had holes, plaster in bathrooms eroding, Internet and router had to be worked on twice in the first day we were there. Unable to get it working on second server call. Service men were very nice and apologetic. The screen door was broken to the patio. Seat cushion on dining chair peeling off. It needs a major upgrade, should require owners to update in order to be in the rental pool. A positive was the King bed that was comfortable. Frias property team was very nice.

The location is great, but the windows are poorly sealed, so some rooms run really cold and others really hot. Also, our experience with the management company was very poor communication, which was dissapointing.

Convenient to everything!

Open spacious living room area. Great fireplace and balcony with some view. Easy walk & ski in to lift #1 off the Aspen mountain. Underground parking was a surprise and greatly appreciated. Will definitely rent again and highly recommend it!
