The Fasching Haus is only two blocks to the Silver Queen Gondola and even closer to downtown Aspen. This second-floor, 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom deluxe condominium was completely renovated in 2020 and features many upgrades. The open living area includes the living room, dining area with seating for six, and an upgraded kitchen with granite countertops and stainless-steel appliances. The living room features a flat-screen TV, an exterior door to a private patio, and air conditioning. Bedrooms all have flat-screen TVs and en suite bathrooms with upgraded finishes. (Air conditioning is in the living area and primary bedroom only.)

Second bedroom: Queen bed with a full en suite bath
Guest Bedroom: Two Twin beds, convertible into King with a 3/4 en suite bath
