Booked bed in twin share got quad share

Pros: Good rates in expensive town.
Cons: You are given the room you booked not something else without explanation.
Location: Good location close to cbd.
I booked bed in twin bed room and was given a bed in quad bed room. Two others in room loud snorers. Not much sleep as a result. Basic rooms but good prices.

Thank you for staying with us. Yes we have 1 unit that does have the 4 beds and another with 3 beds. The other rooms do have 2 beds, but we try to hold those for private hostel. We do take request for the 2 bedded rooms if available. We hope that you will come back and visit and please request the 2 bedded unit.
