Nice hotel in good location

Lovey place, room is average and dated by the shared bathrooms are nice and the extras are good - a pool and in the afternoon they had lemonade and cookies out. Lovely touch.

Clarisa and Tom were both just outstanding in their service, as well as friendly and kind. Clarisa sent me my headphones that I didn't see laying on the room floor and how fun it was to find out Tom grew up in my neck of the woods. Sincere thanks goes to the housekeeper who found my headphones. Enjoyed the heated pool and the grassy patio with chairs.

These were the perfect accommodations for us! The rooms are old but well kept and clean. We were a little worried when we found the room didn’t have air conditioning but it was actually fine when we stayed (early July 2025). Walkable from downtown to restaurants and shops. The staff was incredibly friendly and offered us happy hour wine when we arrived. He also gave us a map and showed us all his favourite places to eat! We didn’t get a chance to check out the pool or the breakfast.

Super cute property! Loved the outdoor area and location near town. Staff was very helpful with finding places to visit and was very nice to talk to. Would definitely come back for a longer stay next time.

Great location! Aspen on a budget

Stayed in a hostel room on the 3rd floor. Small but clean and serviceable, perfect for my needs. Good breakfast, ample parking, and only a few blocks walk to downtown.

I wanted an affordable place. Here you get a room with a small fridge. The window opens for fresh air. One bath per floor was in excellent shape and clean. The grounds were beautiful. Lemon aid and cookies were out when I arrived. Breakfast was free and I enjoyed it very much. A lot of fruit and bakery bagels. Every one was professional.

So surprised to find this cute hotel in Aspen with reasonable prices for Aspen! Great percs-happy hour, cookies, fruit, nice pool. Off the main area but not that far to walk into the square. Very friendly helpful staff
