Wonderful hotel. Beautiful and peaceful! A perfect boutique hotel. Small and quiet. Everything was clean and comfortable. Staff were nice. Great breakfast too. Everything in walking distance! 5 minutes walk to the Basilica of St Francis. Highly recommend this small but superior hotel!

Way too many stairs to carry luggage, room was barely ready at 3pm, you could hear everything, from people on the street below, to staff preparing breakfast at 630am. Clean and safe though.
