The hotel itself was excellent, as was the food in the restaurant. The problem was that my room was one of those with a connecting door to the room next to it, and that was occupied by a very noisy guest. I got literally no sleep. Twice in the night i called the night manager out, and, although he said he would move me to another room if they’d had one, they didn’t as were fully booked. I feel badly let down as the manager failed to tackle the noise guest at all.

EV charger on site. Staff interference is minimal. Food is good in the restaurant. Room service is expensive. If booking for multiple days, then the staff does not clean up your room or restock the consumables, like toilet paper / Coffee etc. Also, they don't send it to you when informed but rather expect you to collect it at the front desk.

We did not feel we received a particulalry warm welcome. It was polite but no more than that. We had to ask the restaurant staff for things rather than being shown where to go and what to do. At breakfast on the first morning there were seven uncleared tables, but two staff just chatting to each other.

The room was clean and well presented. Overall it was a great place to stay. I have stayed here for the last 3 times I have visted someren. Each time it was a great and relaxing time. Hopfully I will find the time to try the spa on my next visit. My only niggle was the breakfast. I think the 20 euro is not good value for money. Granted it was a nice amount and variation. The food was very tasty but i think a 10 euro charge would have been better.

Super fint hotel. Nu opholdt jeg mig forholdsvis lidt på hotellet, men bemærkede en del emballage ift. shampo, balsam, håndsæbe m.m. Her tænker jeg godt at man kan finde bedre løsninger som er godt for miljøet og mindre spild.
