Come and enjoy our 3-bedroom house on the lake! Perfect for your escape to Atascadero. In a quiet neighborhood but with lots of locals and visitors enjoying a walk, jogging, or biking around the lake. Fishing, boating and paddle boarding are allowed on the lake, but no swimming. Guests will find a pleasant mix of sleeping options, including a queen bed, full bed, and twin bed making it easy to accommodate everyone comfortably. The house features two bathrooms. Main bath has a tub/shower & master bath has a shower with a hair dryer. Enjoy a superb indoor climate with both heating and air conditioning available. Whether you're relaxing inside or planning your next adventure, enjoy the covered porch with a firepit table and easy window pass through to the dinning/kitchen area for drinks or dinner with a pleasing view over the lake. There is a 3 burner propane BBQ available. While your dinner is on the BBQ ,or just any time, enjoy a game of corn hole while you take in the peaceful lake view. This comfortable home offers a welcoming space to unwind. Living space with tv and free wi/fi. Full kitchen with everything needed to prepare your meals. There’s a laundry room off the kitchen with a washer and dryer. A picnic basket is available for your use. A short 7 to 10 minute walk to the park with boat rentals, barbecue areas, a great play area for kids, the central coast zoo and another 2 minute walk to our veterans memorial. More on that, local favorites and things to do will be available at the house. There are 2 adult and 2 children’s bikes with helmets available for a cruise around the lake or a ride to the park and zoo. A large driveway and street parking for easy access. We strive to make your stay an enjoyable one at our house on the lake!

Clean and well appointed. Beautiful view of the lake!Responsive hosts and very accomodating.So nice they left us eggs from their own chickens in the refrigerator and cookies and candies on the table. Kitchen was well stocked. We will come back!

We enjoyed the property so much we extended our stay! We love the view of the lake from the porch and all of the nice seating on the porch including a rocker and comfy chairs. There is also a boat rental and a little zoo attached to the lake which was a nice surprise. The house was spotless with so many nice touches: a tin of danish butter cookies and 2 types of delicious hard candies awaited us on the kitchen table. Fresh eggs from their chickens and water bottles were in the kitchen. Binoculars so we can watch the ducks in the pond and the birds. Home looked newly renovated and everything worked well. Hosts were responsive and friendly and very accommodating! Towns people were also friendly.
