Welcome to our charming cottage, nestled in the heart of the village of Athée-sur-Cher. Ideal for a peaceful getaway, our cottage offers all modern comforts. Enjoy the fully equipped kitchen, comfortable bedrooms, and the terrace overlooking our private garden. In the heart of the Loire Valley castles, explore the hiking trails, local vineyards, and picturesque villages. Perfect for families, couples, or friends seeking tranquility. Come and rejuvenate with us! Welcome to our charming holiday home! Although it is adjacent to our house, it is completely independent for your comfort. You can relax in the shared garden and enjoy your private terrace. Each bedroom, about fifteen square meters, is equipped with plenty of storage space to ensure a pleasant stay. The bathroom, spacious and modern, adds a touch of luxury. The open-plan kitchen, living room, and dining area are filled with natural light and provide direct access to the large terrace, perfect for relaxing outdoors. Welcome to our independent and comfortable accommodation. You can enjoy your private terrace as well as the shared garden, which is carefully cultivated according to permaculture principles for a natural and pleasant environment. We can communicate before, during, and after your stay through the Airbnb platform. We will also provide you with our mobile number. If we are not available, we are still reachable, and our parents, who live a few kilometers away, can assist if there are any issues with the accommodation. Located in the heart of the village, our accommodation is on a very quiet, one-way street. The bakery is less than 50 meters away, and the grocery store is just a 2-minute walk. The neighborhood is peaceful, and the neighbors are very friendly! The carport where you can park your car is located under the house of our lovely neighbor. If you arrive late or leave early, we kindly ask you to be mindful of noise to ensure a peaceful night's sleep for her and her daughter. Thank you for your consideration!

Diese Unterkunft war ein wirklicher Volltreffer,Sie liegt in einem kleinen Dorf in unmittelbarer Nachbarschaft zur Kirche, Bäcker und kleinem Supermarkt. Innerhalb von wenigen Autominuten sind viele Sehenswürdigkeiten an der Loire und der Cher zu erreichen ( z.B. Schloss Chenonceau und Amboise mit mehreren Schlössern u.a. Schloss Le Clos Lucé).Die Wohnung war blitzsauber und verfügt über ein schönes geräumiges Badezimmer. Die Betten waren sehr bequem. Das große Wohn-/Esszimmer mit Küchenzeile bietet einen schönen Blick auf den weitläufigen Garten und die Terrasse.Die Vermieter wohnen im gleichen Haus und waren jederzeit ansprechbar und um unser Wohlergehen bemüht. Sogar die Tomaten aus dem Garten und frische Zitronenverbene für Kräutertee konnten wir genießen. Herzlichen Dank an Julien und Élise
