Great location! Rooms and public areas are wonderful. The only downside is the space is un-staffed. I got locked out of my room bc I forgot to take the keycard out of the slot that you put it in to activate electricity in the room. This happened at 12:30 am. No on on site and the emergency number is only available until mid-night, so I was locked out of my room all night until 7am when the emergency number is available again. They should give you more than one key card.

I would not stay here again. There is no staff physically on-site to assist with issues. Shortly after midnight on a night of my stay, my key stopped working and I couldn’t get into my room. None of the phone numbers provided were answered, and my messages through the chat went unanswered. After about 15 minutes and multiple attempts, the key finally worked again—otherwise, I would have been stuck sleeping in the hallway until staff became available at 8am. Also, they would not provide me with an extra copy of a key, incase this happened again. They ended up replacing my one key. It made my stay uncomfortable.

The property is stunning! However, too many small hiccups: wrong code for check-in, wrong wifi. There is also no indication when booking that the room is in a semi-basement, and that the terrasse is actually shares with another room. These elements should have been clearly indicated.
