Sunbathing while looking at the Acropolis? Yes! In this spacious penthouse with its own private terrace and plunge pool that lies in the hip area of Metaxourghio, on 10min walking distance from Gazi and only 10 min away from Syntagma Sq. and the Acropolis Museum!
The apartment is fully furnished and equipped with everything necessary for a comfortable short/long-term stay.

A penthouse that lies on the top two floors of a new building in the hip area of Plato's Academy and on the 8th floor a terrace overlooking Athens and the Acropolis
On the 6th floor there is the kitchen, the dining room, the living room and the master bedroom.
On the 7th floor there are two bedrooms that share another bathroom.
Both floors have big furnished balconies with impecable view.

What a view!!!

The heated rooftop pool and the view were incredible! Accommodations were spacious and comfortable with all your basic amenities fully stocked. There is a nice market a few steps from the flat and lots of coffee shops, bakeries, and restaurants in this safe and walk-able neighborhood for you to enjoy. Haris is a wonderful host. He is quick to communicate with you and even helped us arrange transportation from the airport to the flat. Our family and friends had a wonderful time staying here and I'm sure yours will too.

Beautiful Penthouse in Athens

I absolutely love this location. Close to the Metro, so easy access to the city centre. The apartment is beautiful and spacious. The private terrace is lovely for breakfast or evening cocktails and dining, and the heated pool is just divine. Haris was easy to reach and he responded promptly to any questions we had. I will definitely stay at this property again.

Beautiful panoramic view

This place has amazing views and was very comfortable. The location is transitioning and does not provide the best impression of Athens. In addition, it is 30 minute walk to the Acropolis and a 9 minute walk to the subway.

Spectacular Athens Gem

This apartment is incredible - have to mention the rooftop first, which is far better than the picture. The view is amazing, 360 degree view of the vast Athens city as far as the eye can see, we loved looking out over Athens just as much as the view of the Acropolis. Having a pool on the roof was also brilliant and a very comfy sofa area with effective netting to offer shade. We spent many hours up here. The apartment was clean and will all amenities you'd need, from towels to fresh sheets and a great kitchen. Comfortable beds and the additional balcony which is large and covered was an added bonus for sitting around the table, also with comfy sofas. It was our first time to Athens and its an amazing, vibrant city which we loved. The location is great - quiet in the immediate area for peaceful sleeping, but within 10 minutes walk to lots of cool areas for bars, restaurants etc. We really enjoyed the nearby area around the brilliant restaurant Seychelles, Avdi Square and the vibrant Exarcheia neighbourhood. The more central neighbourhoods were also in easy walking distance e.g. Psyri, and were also great. Taxis are very cheap also booking via the local app (many short journeys were 5 euros). Supermarket 30 seconds walk away to easily stock up on drinks and food for the pool :) Don't usually like 'touristy' attractions but the Acropolis complex is of course incredible, even just for the views of all of Athens, right down to Piraeus. Haris was an excellent host - friendly, quick to respond and gave some great tips about where to visit in the city. Extremely helpful for both our check-in and check-out process. Thanks to Haris, the great city of Athens and this great apartment, we would love to come back some time.

Just amazing! Couldn't ask for more!

Amazing apartment overall. The neighborhood itself is residential but we had a big supermarket right next door! The apartment itself is new, stylish and super comfortable. The icing on the cake though is the rooftop with the heated pool and the view to the Acropolis. INCREDIBLE! We enjoyed several glasses of wine spending 5 hours without even noticing. I am glad I chose this apartment because the photos are not that many and they don't do it justice. I would recommend it to everyone!

Great place with amazing 360ᵒ view

Sehr coole Wohnung :) Die private Terrasse im letzten Stock ist echt der Hammer!!! Unglaublicher Blick direkt auf die Akropolis mit einem kleinen aber sehr gemütlichen beheizbaren Swimmingpool (mit jacuzzi Funktion). Die Wohnung : sehr sauber, echt groß, schön eingerichtet, klimatisiert und gut gelegen (in wenigen Minuten ist man an der U-Bahn - das historische Zentrum kann man auch zu Fuß locker erreichen ca. 20-25 Min.). Die Kommunikation mit dem Host lief super - selbst wenn wir um 22h Infos gebraucht haben. Gerne wieder!

Incroyable vue sur l’Acropole !

Emplacement parfait pour découvrir Athènes à pieds ! L’appartement est spacieux et idéal pour une famille nombreuse avec un bel espace de vie au frais, des chambres confortables, cuisine très bien équipée et des sanitaires fonctionnels et propres. Après une belle journée à arpenter les ruelles d’Athènes, rien de mieux que la piscine en rooftop avec une vue exceptionnelle sur l’Acropole au couché du soleil avec un verre à la main 🤩 Et pour finir, un grand merci pour Haris, sa disponibilité et son hospitalité sont irréprochables 👍👍 Nous garderons un très bon souvenir de notre séjour et recommandons vivement !!!!

Appartement conforme à l'annonce. L'arrivée est facilitée par une très bonne communication avec l'hôte. Magasin alimentaire a proximité, appartement propre dans l'ensemble. Proche de toutes les activités à faire (30 minutes à pied) nous n'avons pas eu besoin d'utiliser les transports. Magnifique rooftop avec piscine privée vue sur l'Acropole ! Je recommande. Seul bémol, l'intolérance du voisinage. Bref Harris is the best in Athènes

Très bel appart dans un quartier calme et proche du centre ville. La piscine avec la vue magnifique sur l'Acropole coupe le souffle! Haris, le propriétaire, est très gentil est prêt à répondre à toute demande.
