This property was clean and the rooms were a nice size, however we went downstairs multiple times EACH night to complain about the air conditioner not working. The room temp was above 75F, which we are from the south and need cooler temp at night. They did not take our concerns and inconvenient seriously and did not make any efforts to make it right. The manager was supposedly notified and we never saw or heard anything from him. Nor was the problem properly addressed. The controllers panel was located at the front desk and controlled by them. They also did not offer a fan, to open the locked window in our room or move us to another room. It was an unpleasant experience for a stupid reason that could have easily been corrected. Very dissatisfied with the level of service and lack of manager involvement. It also was quite a walk 20-3in to the main areas to eat, shop and visit.

The property has a classy look & is in town close to tourism sights. The staff was friendly & reasonably helpful. Luggage storage was a plus. Negatives: the room had poorly designed lighting & a small window with no view. We had to make up the sofa sleeping area oursrlves. No room phone & no instructions on how to set the heat above freezing

Great hotel, within walking distance of Acropolis. Easy walk to hotel from Syngrou-Fix metro station (coming from airport). Room was large, well equipped and very clean. Nice restaurants close to hotel. We were also able to take a bus directly to the cruise port from the hotel. Would definitely stay again!

Great hotel and location! There are some nice restaurants in the neighborhood! Few minutes walk to metro and lots of car rental companies nearby. The hotel itself is pretty new and with it’s own entrance (some apartment hotel might be on just one floor of an old building) book without hesitation!

Modern clean hotel, top hotel in the area

Amazing property and location. Some good restaurants nearby and lots of car rental company options! Less than 5 mins walk to metro! The room towards the back is more quiet than facing the street, but the hotel windows are soundproof well. One of the best in the area! Book it!

The property itself met basic expectations, however, the surrounding neighborhood was less desirable. The immediate area lacked appeal and felt somewhat unsafe. Fortunately, the location offered convenient access to major landmarks. This proximity was the primary advantage of the property. Overall, a mixed experience due to the contrasting environment.

Firstly, the staff were incredible. Very helpful in suggesting restaurants and getting around, in general. Always a smile, no matter the time day or night. The bed was firm, but comfortable. On the downside, there were a few issues: 1. No smart TV so viewing options were limited. 2. The (spacious) bathroom lacked hooks/bars for towels. One towel hook on the far side for a hand towel. One hook behind the door for your robe. That’s it. 3. Probably my fault for not being thorough in the booking process (it was late) but there was no restaurant or bar.
