It is a scam / fraud, avoid it.

It is a scam / fraud, avoid it if you do not want to throw your money in the garbage. The apartment was super dirty, stains and dust everywhere, was smelling cigarette, the freezer was filthy with yellow stains all over, the owner was hunging up the phone when we called to complain, so rude. This apartment needs to be removed from hotels.com platform, it's not good for the reputation of the platform to have this kind of properties. We did not manage to get a refund from the owner as the platform protects the property/owner instead to protect his clients.
