Demetrius was friendly. The apartment was clean and had plenty of toilet paper, cooking supplies (pots/pans, dishes, silverware), and an electric tea kettle and coffee maker with complimentary tea, coffee, and sugar. There was a salt & pepper shaker but no pepper just salt available. The heater in the bedroom wasn’t working according to Demetrius so the bedroom was between 52-55 degrees Fahrenheit when I was there. Fortunately I like to sleep in a cold bedroom. The sheets and comforter were comfortable but the bed was too hard for my liking but that is just a personal preference not necessarily a downside. I was there 5 days and the apartment was cleaned once during that time. Again, fine for me alone but maybe not often enough for a family. The location is within walking distance of the Acropolis.

We were very pleased with all aspects of our stay at this location. Our host was very helpful and always accessible. We really appreciated the personal nature of our host. The space was very clean and comfortable. And the location turned out to be fantastic. Granted, there was no view of anything, but we were centrally located and easily walked to every attraction, lots of great food, and easy transportation. We would definitely stay at this location again and highly recommend it. Thanks Dimitris.

A great place to stay and walk to anything you want to see, or quickly catch a bus and go to the beach. A great coffee shop at street level for a quick cup before heading out. Shops, food, music all around. Super easy to locate with the historic church nearby. We really enjoyed our stay!

The location is good-just 7 minutes' walk from Monastiraki square and metro. The host Dimitris is available by phone and helps in everything needed. The apartments not new but in normal condition.

The owner was so accommodating to my elderly mum. Also he made sure we were picked up from the airport and provided clear instructions for everything. Location is extremely central to the historical center and food options. Highly recommend.

A place to sleep, walk to Parthenon

It’s a place to sleep within walking distance (20 minutes or so) from the Parthenon. There are many different units pictured for this complex, and I think the experience varies according to which one you are in. We had the 2 bedroom city view, which was functional, nothing very great and really nowhere to spend time in the unit unless sleeping. No real common area, the view was the wall of the building next door or the fire escape. Also no ‘check-in’ area, so we had to meet the manager for the key, relying on messages through hotels.com. When arriving to an unfamiliar area at night in a busy city, it wasn’t the ideal experience. Next time I’ll opt for a place with more of a front desk presence, just to remove some travel stress.

This property was located on a quiet street and was the perfect location for walking to all the local major attractions. Unit very large and has everything you would need for a stay. Dimitris the property owner personally met us and showed us everything we needed to know. Ask him about a great restaurant to go to. Would stay again.

Great location, very clean and lovely apartment full of amenities. We enjoyed our stay and will come back for sure. The only minor issue is that the owner didn’t communicate with us about how to check in the apartment, we couldn’t get his response from the Expedia message, but had to make an expensive international call to get him to open the door when we arrived. He was very nice showing us around the apartment.

The property is close the center and all the attractions of Atene. The owner is very nice, he waited us at 9:30 pm. The property is very clean and spacious, we was 4 people and we had 2 different bedrooms.

Perfect family appartment

Our apartment was clean and had all the amenities promised. It was an easy walk from the metro, acropolis and excellent options for eating and shopping. Our host, Dimitri, was friendly and helpful. A great place for a family of 5 to stay in Athens!
