Do not reserve with them

Very bad experience. Last minute they changed our booking and sent us to a different place. We had to go to one place to get the keys, and then transport to a whole another area to reach the apt. Not a walkable area at all. Extremely old Building, apt was fine, big... But no wifi. We complaint, called... There was no solution. I ended complaining to hotels.com since we were not even at the place we had reserved. But got no solution from them either.
