Elegance is a beautiful, comfortable 1st floor apartment located in the lush greenery of Vouliagmeni and within walking distance of three of the best beaches along the Athenian Riviera. A quiet escape from the vibrant Athenian life, with its cozy living area and large tranquil veranda for moments of relaxation day and night!

Comfortable laid-back balcony, one bedroom with a double bed, a comfortable living room with sofa bed that can accommodate two extra guests, dining room, a fully equipped kitchen and bathroom with shower.
The Location
The apartment is within walking distance from Astera, Akti Vouliagmenis and Zen Beaches (approx 1 km) as well as the center of Vouliagmeni with many traditional taverns, restaurants, bars, pharmacies and market places.
Definitely worth a visit is the Lake of Vouliagmeni, a hidden treasure, with waters which are continuously replenished both by the sea and the underground thermal springs and offers a natural and unique thermal spa experience in a beautiful setting.
It is also only 6 km away from Glyfada, the largest southern suburb of Athens, with many stores to choose from for your shopping therapy, bars and restaurants and a vibrant night life.
