L’appartement est bien équipé , mais manque d’entretien. La tête de lit a tombé à notre arrivée. Nous n’avons pas pu entrer à l’appartement , car il n’y a pas de réception et aucun moyen de contacter l’hôte. Nous avons dû trouverdu wifi et contacter le site d’hôtel. Après avoir reçu les informations de l’entrée autonome , la clé n’était pas au bon endroit. Au total nous avons perdu environ 1h30 à attendre. Il faudrait aviser les gens si c’est une prise en charge autonome la prochaine fois! On ne s’attend pas à une prise en charge version Airbnb quand on loue sur hôtel.

I booked at 11:30 pm and it was available. I arrived at the property at 12:15. Host did not give me instructions on how to get it. Entrance is in a dark alley in an odd area. I could not get in and host did not respond to phone or messages. I had to walk in hopes of finding an available hotel. I had to pay for another hotel and the host would not refund me for the night I couldn't get in because he didn't send instructions. Do not book here same day or if you arrive at night. Not a good area. Thank goodness Hotels.com thought I was treated unfairly and came to the rescue!

The apartment was very spacious, clean, and in a cute area! Very walkable from the train or to anything you might need. Athens is very large, so if you’re trying to stay in city center, this is not that, but that was not our goal. We walked and took cheap taxis everywhere we needed to go. Checking in and out was easy, just make sure you reach out to the host to coordinate the check-in!

The property was in a very idle location, very quiet, very clean. 15 mins walk to a lot of major locations. The electric blackout blinds were cosy for sleeping in till late morning, sweet little modern apartments. Great choice for anything more than a week.

Just terrible

Me and my family had a very bad experience with this apartment. They were very nice to prepare a baby cot when we arrived. And that was the only positive thing about our stay. Wifi is shared with the whole floor so it is bad. Forget to watch videos, work, etc. In the kitchen the cold water pipe was leaking so we had to put some containers below. Then the electrical cabinet was completely opened with all cables exposed. Very dangerous with a baby around. We told the owner and he said he will fix it the day after. Noone showed up. Bathroom is supertiny with no space to put anything. So not suitable for a family. In my opinion not even for one person. No table in the living area/kitchen for eating. Only one by the balcony that we had to bring inside. You don't feel like you want to stay there. Definitely NOT recommended. Thankfully we had to leave the place earlier. We will NOT come back.
