The water heater leaked profusely and caused water all over the bathroom floor which I was then told to deal with. The room is also very cold and you cannot adjust the heat. This is very obvious an office suite that was converted into a room and overall was not great. The shuttle was the only plus.

I overlooked the fact that GK Airport Suites - Free Shuttle is a self-check in establishment in the middle of nowhere. Big mistake. Upside: Location to airport Shuttle Downside: Shuttle – multiple messages to establishment via the Hotelcom booking page about shuttle details were ignored, no response. After several calls, I eventually reached an agent. Apparently, pick up and drop off location and times could not be forwarded as the booking app did not allow it. Ultimately a link to WhatsApp was created. Amateur. Fiddly box-on-wall with no exterior lighting to gain keys and access to the building. Bleak apartment – table, bed, tv with no channels, basic bathroom, no heating. Conclusion: GK Airport Suites reminded me of hostel type accommodation 40 years ago. I regret paying an astonishing €97.29 for this. Unless you have a very late arrival (I did) or a very early departure then choose a decent hotel somewhere convenient.

There is no reception the key was in a post office box with instructions. We only needed it for one night as our flight was next day . For longer stay not advisable.

The room looked nothing like it did in the picture... The beds were uncomfortable, and there's no way more than 3 people can sleep there. Definitely wouldn't recommend. On top of that, the shuttle on the way there was late and the one on the way back to the airport left early, so we had no way of getting to the airport and caught our flight by the skin of our teeth with a taxi.

The room was akward in set up. It was just a place for us to rest our heads close to the airport, but a bit disappointing. The shower was awkward and the water went all over the floor. The coffee machine needs a lot of cleaning. We decided not to use it. We appreciated the shuttle and it could be a cute place. Just needs some attention.

I applaud this property for their easy communication, clear instructions and efficient shuttle service. The apartment is clean and has the necessities. The area is sketchy at night but the building and apartment are secure. Just he aware that there are no active businesses or residents in the area after dark. Great place for young people who want a great bargain (safe,clean,necessities).

Room was very clean and comfortable. There was one small problem with a leak in the hot water tank but it would not stop me from staying again. The shuttle to and from the airport was absolutely wonderful. Seamless pick up both ways and it was so nice not to have to navigate transportation after landing. I would recommend for a place close to the airport and a quick stay over to catch another plane. Was perfect for what we needed.

This is an office building. They took an office and put a bed in it. The toilet had a leak. The bottle of wine is really a glass of wine. The shuttle runs on their schedule every 1 1/2 hours and you have to wait as we did for 1 1/4 hours at the airport to be picked up. There is nothing in the area. The only good thing was the water pressure in the shower. Pictures don't lie.

The room had enough space but the beds are terrible. Very uncomfortable. We all didn't sleep well before our flight home which was the point. Limited restaurants to eat around but we did manage to find two places.

Very cumbersome to get key and find apartment. No human involvement so can’t talk to anyone. Shuttle service is third party contracted and very rude driver. Didn’t wait 1 min for my family and left.
