A great location and good space - ideal for what we needed. The apartment is a bit tired looking and could do with a fresh lick of paint and a good deep clean. If I were to be picky there were no cushion covers just bare cushions in the lounge which was a bit strange. And only two cushions for outdoor seating despite several chairs (remainder cushions were bare of covers and left out so not suitable to sit on due to cats). The front door pane is cracked which was a bit of a concern. One towel each - no hand towels so had to phone to request these. Unfortunately we had no hot water but quick to respond and had someone out to fix within the day. 10 min walk to the beach and 5 min to shops- great to hop on tram. Would use again.

Disliked: Cleanliness, amenities, property conditions & facilities
The property was not in a good state, nearly cleaned. In my opinion, it is not fit to be let. I actually left after trying to contact someone. The place was shabby and not clean. It should not be listed. I have photos and and ended up staying some where else.
