Place was very clean. The only frustrating thing was that there were not extra garbage bags given either on the premises or the laundry room but this was communicated to the manager.

Great location. Easy to get around. Many great places nearby. Parking is tricky, but you don’t really need a car in this area. Washer and dryer on site. Dishes, utensils and glassware available in the room. Nice size refrigerator. Microwave and 2 burner cooktop. Management is not on site but they are quick to respond via email. Would stay here again.

Our room was very spacious and clean. Had a small kitchenette. Was centrally located so we could walk to several ancient sites. Also close to several dining sites. Only problem was that we were woke up early by barking dogs. Guess there was a doggy daycare nearby. But that's not the hotels fault.

Yannis the host was super hospitable. The unit was super clean, beautifully decorated and very homely. The property is walking distance to the Train station. We have booked a Private transfer to the airport but was cancelled by the company because of the Taxi protest. Thankfully, this property is close to the Train Station thus we have made it early to the Airport. The property have a washing machine and a dryer which we were so happy to use because we have a booked extended vacation in Rome. There is a very close supermarket just around the block. Also very walkable to the Acropolis, Acropolis Museum, etc…. The property is close to the shopping area and restaurants. We love this property and the staff.

Perfect location

Great Living Koukaki was a perfect spot to stay for a few nights. There were lots of restaurants within walking distance, 15-20 minute walk into central Athens and the Acropolis, and we felt safe the whole time. Not nearly as busy as some of the other neighbourhoods which was a huge plus. The only downfall was having just one washroom in the apartment. With 4 people sharing space it's not always easy. But we made due and had a great time!

Great location. Clean. Easy check in /out. Communicative. We stayed 1 night and the only thing we felt in a 5.2 earthquake was the bed shaking. All the beds were comfortable. Highly recommend! FYI- the robes are for aesthetic purpose only. I’m 5’4 120 pounds and tried one on- it didn’t fit but not a big deal. Everything was perfect. Thank you for allowing us to stay!

We really loved this location 5-10 minute walk to the acropolis and Museam/plaka/hadrians arch/city garden We also loved all the local restaurants we didn’t have a bad meal. I loved it and will return if I go back to Athens. Very welcoming (bottle of wine, water, permission to use washing machine). Quiet and clean. A lot of restaurants nearby and 10 minutes walk to Acropolis museum.
