This location is unbeatable. Our townhome is less than a 15 minute walk to Sanford Stadium and downtown Athens. Perfect for gamedays, university events, downtown happenings, or just a weekend visit to the Classic City. We have all the amenities of home: A two car garage, smart TV with cable and other entertainment apps, free wifi, Keurig, complete kitchen, and two spacious bedrooms with queen beds (Extra pull-out sofa downstairs). Great graduation weekend location!

We stayed here for our son’s UGA graduation. It was a great location for walking to all the graduation events. We didn’t have to worry about parking and traffic around campus. I would highly recommend!

Great little townhouse

Our stay here was great. We only stayed one night & used it just for a place to sleep, but the kitchen seemed great. One more comfy chair would have been nice, since there were 3 of us sitting on the sofa, it was a little crowded. Host was great & quick with communications!

New Year's in Athens

We recently visited Athens to see our daughter and this was the perfect little spot for the 4 of us. Close to campus, convenient to grocery stores and shopping. We loved the fact that we had a garage where we could park our car and not have to fight for parking. We will definitely be staying here again in the futre!

UGA Graduation Trip

This property was just perfect for a quick trip to Athens to get our youngest daughter Graduated! The beds were so cozy and everything we needed was provided. The communication with the owner was great. The location could not be beat. It was a convenient uber ride to everywhere!

We have stayed here before and it’s a great property. It is close to where our daughter lives and she can come over and stay the night. Everything is always clean and the owner is easy to work with. Just remember it is in the college area of a college town and you can still hear people outside coming and going until very late so if you are looking for a quiet place then this isn’t the place. We have stayed in other college towns and it is very similar in those areas as far as noise. Nothing out of the ordinary or disrespectful or anything but if you want silence you won’t find that here. Again fantastic place

Great weekend stay

We were in town for a wedding, everything about our stay was great!! Andy was very helpful in assisting us with questions that we had. The unit was perfect for our group, location was just a short walk to everything that we needed!! Enjoyed our walk to The Ideal Bagel for breakfast one morning. Loved being able to park in garage. We have a wedding in Athens next summer, we will definitely see if unit is available for that weekend. Thanks Andy for a great stay.
