Disliked: Cleanliness, amenities, property conditions & facilities
This place is a fraud and is not anything as pictured in online display of the rooms and accommodations. I tried to tell the manager/owner that the bed mattresses were so worn you could feel the bed springs and she refused to accept it, only to remark with BS. I gave up the fight as there was no convincing her that the beds were GAWD awful, so i l forfeited the funds and just went and stayed somewhere else the entire weekend. Expedia doesn't care either! this is the 3rd hotel i have had issues with in 1 month and NOTHING has been addressed or even remarked upon. SO my advice is to go stay somewhere else and use another means for booking. Sadly, i am a platinum member as well; hence, Expedia status is completely insignificant and for all intensive purposes, NULL.
