The villa spans three levels, covering a total area of 400 sq.m. on a 360 sq.m. plot,. It features five bedrooms, three bathrooms, spacious verandas, and breathtaking garden and sea views from the second floor. The residence is fully furnished, equipped, and air-conditioned, ensuring ultimate comfort and style.
The ground floor includes an open plan area with two lounges and a dining room, all elegantly furnished, along with a cozy fireplace and a fully equipped modern kitchen. This level connects the front courtyard, where the main entrance is located, with the back garden, featuring a private pool.
