Room & bathroom were very clean and room was spacious. The location was outstanding just steps away from the coolest area in Psyri where all the restaurants and bars are, and only 16 minutes walk to the Acropolis. Zoe was very helpful and provided great tips which made our stay all the more enjoyable. Monastiraki is definitively the best area to stay in Athens. I'll go back to this hotel again.

Fantastic <3

Lovely accommodation and fantastic location. We came as a lesbian couple and we both felt very secure and safe here. The walk was not far at all to the Acropolis and a minutes walk away from Monastiraki Square. We have to mention the lovely small bar opposite which had people from each corner of the world. We’ve been to a lot of places and this was by far one of the best. Thank you M17 for making our trip beautiful.

The staff were very nice and attentive. The air conditioner didn’t go on in my room one night, I messaged them and within 10 minutes they came and rectified the problem. Very close to the metro. Lovely 24 hour store/cafe across the street. They also helped me arrange transportation to the airport, I had to leave before the metro was running. I would DEFINITELY stay there again!!!!

We loved our stay at M17! Everything was very clean and the hosts were so accommodating and friendly. They let us store our luggage before check in and were very prompt to reply and help us on whatsapp. The location is excellent and it is very walkable. There will be some noise depending on what room you get, but my husband and I were not bothered at all. Overall, we would definitely stay here again and our hosts were absolutely lovely!

Perfectly located in one of the most convenient areas of Athens, it is the ideal base for exploring the city, everything is just steps away! The hotel itself is spotless, beautifully designed, and super comfortable. But what really sets this place apart are the owners – they are some of the kindest, most genuine people we’ve ever had the pleasure of meeting.
