Just 250 meters away from the stunning "Kalypso Beach" and "Ktima 48" this cozy retreat is perfect for a comfortable and relaxing summer getaway. With its spacious 82 square meters, it offers two stylish bedrooms, accommodating up to four adults and two infants. Enjoy modern furnishings, a fully equipped kitchen with barbecue, and a serene garden courtyard. Private parking is provided for your convenience. We can't wait to welcome you to our warm maisonette and ensure an unforgettable stay in Agios Nikolaos, Anavyssos.
Just 1 km away is the famous Alykes beach, which is especially loved by surfers. It is a fully organized beach ideal for children, with sunbeds, umbrellas, beach bars. There are many boat rental companies for short trips and excursions. There are also diving and snorkeling schools.
At 2 km you will find the center of the city of Anavyssos with supermarkets, banks, pharmacies, shops, etc. At the same distance is the port of Palaia Fokaia with beautiful cafes by the sea. House with a View

We are early risers and just loved getting up and making coffee, sitting on the back porch to watch the sun rise and watch both the sailboats near the shore and the ships going in and out of Piraeus. Our daughter got married across the street at Ktima so that was convenient, and we had a wonderful time exploring the area, beaches, restaurants and shops.
