Personal desagradable, sofás incómodos. Reclamamos

Al principio nos recibieron bien, con un mensaje con instrucciones claras y precisas. Al ir a dormir observamos que los sofás eran INCÓMODOS. Mis padres durmieron en ellos y acabaron DESTROZADOS. A la mañana siguiente llamé para reclamar y la chica que me atendió fue muy borde y antipática. Me dijo que nadie se había quejado del sofá, cuando hay decenas de comentarios en Booking sobre lo incómodo que era el sofá, que estaba roto y que se clavaban dos maderas que tenían. La invitamos a probar el sofá y me contestó de forma desagradable y poco profesional que no. Tras muchas presiones e ir personalmente a la agencia a reclamar, nos mandaron un sofá (solo uno, no dos), aunque al principio dijeron que no se podría hacer nada. Al final conseguimos un sofá digno. El piso no está preparado para 4 personas como éramos nosotros. No había sillas para todos y los cubiertos estaban bastante viejos, tanto que se nos rompió uno al lavarlo :S. Además de ello, encontramos unas zapatillas de deporte en un cajón de la cocina... algo asqueroso que se tendría que haber evitado. No recomiendo en absoluto este alojamiento, por su poca profesionalidad, su falta de limpieza y lo desagradable que fueron sus dueños. Tenemos pruebas que corroboran todo ello.
