The apartment was nice enough and the location was great but the property manager was slow and unresponsive to our issues. After providing detailed (and accurate) information about our arrival time, we still had to wait almost an hour for him to arrive to let us in. After telling us not to call before 09:00, we called at 09:30 to report a broken shower head and leaking A/C unit and apparently woke him up. The shower head and A/C were not repaired before we left 3 days later. We had to use a large kitchen pot to keep water from running over the floor and possibly into the unit below. The owners need to get someone else to manage their property!

The location is great & the reception was good. The cafe on the corner has great food. Blockout curtains are needed because there is too much light in the bedroom at night. Coffee was provided, but milk was needed.

We had an amazing stay at this unit - the place was clean, spacious, and very comfortable to return to after each day's adventure. The staff was also very kind and accommodating with working with us/our travel plans e.g., storing luggage, etc. The location is also wonderful and within walking distance to shops, restaurants, metro, and attractions.

Highly recommended!

We had a wonderful time in Athens! The property is very convenient, right in the center of the Monasteraki area, close to the market square and not too far from the Parthenon, Short walk to the nearest train station. The price was reasonable and we felt very safe. Only downside is climbing stairs to the nearest elevator, but that is to be expected in such a property. We would definitely stay here again!

We, my adult son and I were there for almost a week. The location was amazing and the apt a good size for 2 adults. However, we were mostly disappointed with our stay. There are several places with good location, and the service here was very lacking. We, as requested, told them when we would be arriving so they could meet us with the keys. They were not there to greet us (its an apartment, there is no front desk staff). I tried calling at the number they told us to and received no response. Has my husband call from the US, he said he'd be there in 10 minutes. It took 20 or so. There was someone else's luggage in the room. They advertise "complementary water bottles". We were shown the tap and told "its fine to drink the tap water". They advertise washer /dryer on site. We found a laundromat not too far away, but there is nothing on site. If they just meant "close by" it would have been nice for them to say that. We were told housekeeping would be there the 14th at 2pm. They never showed. We were only left a partial roll of toilet paper with no extras anywhere. We used napkins and paper towel. I called 2x about this and was hung up on by the lady answering the phone. The apartment has no natural light. One window was blocked and the other opened to a back alleyway leaving the place rather dark and with no air circulating. They have air conditioner, but no circulation. A fan would have helped. Overall, it was disappointing communication and service.

The host was just fantastic and welcoming. The room was clean and well located and equipped. The room that was provided to us had limited window access which made the room very dark and the light (neon) had to be turned on continuously.
