Fantastic! So comfortable, clean and with attention to detail. They have adaptors and even a hair band for their guests needs. The staff have both been so helpful. There is a small working space in which I could hold a small meeting and they allowed me to check in three hours early as well as leave my things on check out making my stay so comfortable. The hotel is in a great location, making it easy to get around and explore the area. The staff we’re friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Unfortunately, our experience was overshadowed by a serious issue. My partner ended up with bed bug bites during our stay. This raises real concerns for us about the overall cleanliness and hygiene standards of the rooms. While the service and location were positives, the cleanliness issue is significant and something the hotel needs to address urgently.
