This is the best service from a Reception I have experienced in many years of travelling. Incredibly helpful and friendly. Excellent use of WhatsApp to communicate before and through the stay. Very short walk to multiple restaurants.

Beautiful area and easy to walk everywhere. The staff were very friendly but the hotel communicated is too much. We had to give them our what's app for our room code to key in, this gave them the ability to send multiple messages a day. Including three about chech out time with one coming in quite early of the morning of our departure which woke me up. The room was modern and clean, however I paid for the balcony which was useless. It was so small you could really only step on it... Don't understand the function at all. It was a waste of money for sure. The AC in the room was intense and blowing right on the bed. However, it could only be adjusted downstairs by the staff. No idea what was the point of that. It was a fine two night stay but I have stayed at better in the neighborhood for not much more.

Hotel is clean and the room was perfect. The location is not beautiful but it is safe. There is a lot of abandoned buildings and this make the neighborhood feel unsafe. However, the location is perfect close to Plaka and all main historical places. The 8th floor has a perfect view of the Acropolis.

Our stay at play was absolutely amazing ! Love the option of WhatsApp, to communicate with the hotel staff. Very walkable and convenient. Many restaurants in the area and Monastiraki metro station is around 5 minutes away. Definitely recommend here !

Nice hotel on the cusp of a fairly sketchy area. Not so bad in the daytime, but makes you a little uncomfortable in the evening. Staff were lovely and rooftop view of the city was great! Room was clean, bed was comfy. Lighting was very cool tone, not cozy, no dimmers. Another small issue, no open shelving in the bathroom! No where to put your toiletries down when getting ready. And only one towel hook on a wall that has plenty of space.

The hotel is very nice and clean and the rooms were perfect for our stay. there are two delicious restaurants at the entrance. The entrance is a little hidden but no worries.
