The staff at this hotel were fantastic—friendly, helpful, and always willing to assist. Unfortunately, the facilities themselves left a lot to be desired. The first room I was given had an air conditioner that didn’t work at all. I was moved to a second room, but there the toilet wouldn’t flush properly and the sink was clogged. Beyond the rooms, the common areas were also uncomfortable. The elevators had no air conditioning and were poorly lit, and the hallways leading to the rooms were also dark and without AC, making them hot and stuffy. On a positive note, the rooftop was a nice touch and offered a pleasant spot to relax. I appreciated the efforts of the staff, but the property itself needs serious maintenance and upgrades to make for a comfortable stay.

Out of the rubble, a Nirvana-like oasis was found!

Upon arrival, the crew at the front desk was beyond accommodating, understanding, and helpful. Karolos, Ioanna, Christos, Christina, Aggeliki, Panagiotis, Ioannis and Costas/Mr. Kostas (not sure if that’s the same person but, Aggeliki referred to the bellhop as Mr. Kostas) and so many others that we interacted with at the front desk, were absolutely amazing. They all made us feel so welcome. Our dining experiences were as on point as the front desk staff. Starting with the breakfast buffet, which was amazing, were plenty of healthy options, beverage choices and sweets for the palette. Aside from having dinner with an incredible view of Athens from the hotel’s rooftop, the food was super. Again, plenty of healthy choices along with ample portion sizes. Giannis, Dimitris, Elias, Marinos and so many others took great care of us whether it was for a nightcap or a meal. As if that wasn’t enough, the pool that can also be found at the hotel’s rooftop, was as good as it gets. Along with that great view, Lifeguard Evi was as sweet as they come. Making sure that the pool-goers abided by the rules, she also made sure that she took care of every single person that visited the pool area with a smile on her face. All in all, The President Hotel and its staff made our visit to Greece all the more enjoyable.

Worst hotel I’ve been in Greece (not only athens) by far . Since the beginning I had the opportunity to witness how the staff in the reception treated a tourist who walked in to check in. Then it was my turn (im greek) and it seemed like the staff was tired and mad about their jobs. The energy in the building was horrible since the beginning of the trip. The facility is trashy, the shower heads are horrible with no pressure at all, no water in the room (not even one bottle ) The smart tv is not really a smart tv and the gym is not really a gym with only 3-4 machines lol. Well yeah, the food was nice but overpriced and for the total price you pay a night I would really give it a 2/10. The guys in the roof bar where cool tho so lets make it a 3/10

Spent 5 nights, the hotel lobby is really impressive, the rooftop with swimming pool and restaurant is nice, we were not really impressed by the cleaning of the rooms. It was really average for 4* hotel. It was a bit a let down. Also when I made the booking I opted for pay at the property. Despite this the payment was taken before my stay. Not once but twice! Excellent! Clean, safe, spacious rooms, wonderful staff. The view from the roof top bar is spectacular! Parking adjacent to the hotel is so convenient and Martini bakery across the street is top! A must stay!

Nice hotel but shouldn’t charge extra for water!

Nice hotel but bizarre that they charge you for bottled water after the first day… If this is trying to be a up market hotel (and charge upmarket rates) seems a shame to detract from the experience by not providing a bottle of water for a few cents !!
