Lovely room but very cold on a winter day. I adjusted the thermostat but the room didn’t warm up. Also to park close, valet parking is mandated. Free parking is around the corner and a short walk. No instructions were given at check-in on how to keep the lights from auto turn off. Your card had to be in a slot to keep the on. This info should have have been given at check-in.

It’s very beautiful! Clean, nice staff. Only downside… extremely thin walls. If you’re easily bothered by hearing your neighbor, I’d rethink. Our room also didn’t have a wall that separated the shower and the beds! That was surprising! Overall a nice hotel.

Wonderful and beautifully crafted hotel. The scent as you walk in is exceptionally welcoming and warm. I had a situation with my room, and the staff responded quickly and efficiently. However, the hotel seem to be overpriced and the walls are thin as hallway conversations and neighbor television was heard throughout the night. Overall, my stay was appropriate.
