SeaBreeze Villa features 2 bedrooms (1 with double bed and 1 with two single beds), a spacious living-dining area, a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom with shower and hydromassage column and an outdoor shower with hot water. The impressive "panoramic" terrace invites you to soak up the sun and sea breeze, overlooking the ever-changing colors of the sea and horizon.

In the elegant, spacious interior lounge, you may unwind while reading your book, enjoy watching TV or movies on your smart TV, listen to your music from the 5-speaker Hi-Fi system or enjoy board games with your friends. On chilly days, you may relax by the fireplace, which complements the autonomous heating, while the air conditioning ensures ideal indoor temperatures all year round.

The fast Wi-Fi, available in all indoor and outdoor areas, allows you to work quietly and creatively inspired by the spectacular sea view in front of you. Amenities such as a hairdryer, iron, and beach equipment (including umbrellas and sunbeds) are provided for your convenience, ensuring a hassle-free stay.


!!! If your group consists of 5–8 guests, the SeaBreeze House is also available, offering additional space and comfort. It features 2 bedrooms (one with a double bed and one with a bunk bed), 1 bathroom with shower, a cozy living area with Smart TV, and a fully equipped kitchenette with all essential amenities.

The SeaBreeze House is located in the same building, directly below the Villa. It includes a lush green lawn garden, a spacious stone-built veranda, and a covered outdoor dining area, all fully private and separated from the rest of the property.

For groups of up to 4 guests, access is provided EXCLUSIVELY to the upper house (the Villa). Access to the lower house (SeaBreeze House) is granted only when the reservation exceeds 4 guests.
