Dear guest welcome to the charming convenient detached seaside home near the Athens Airport ( 20min drive) and close to Rafina port. It is only 70m from the sea and 300m from the organised sundy beach, but so close to the center of Athens!
Bright, modern and fully equipped. Ideal for couples,bussiness and family. With air-conditioning in every room and barbeque facilities. Located in a quite neighbourhood with a lot of shops (coffeeshops, supermarkets, restaurants, beach bars), taxi services and bus station.
Modern decoration with happy elements. The kitchen is fully eqquiped. There is a dinning table for 4-5 persons. In the living room there is a fireplace, air-conditioning, sofa bed, an armchair and a 32''TV. Main bedroom has a double bed with a bedside table, air-conditionig, dressing table and mirror. The other comes with two big single beds, air-conditioning and spacious wardrobes. The bathroom has a large bathtub, washbasin, wc and laundry. In the front of the house is available a spacious covered veranda with outside dinning. Also an external starecase leads to the tarrace, where you can find chairs, in order to enjoy the beautiful sea and the spectacular sunset!
The house is located in a quiet neibourhood, next to the sea, 20 minutes drive from the Athens Airport and 8 km from Rafina's port (from there you can take a ferry boat and visit the beautiful islands of Mykonos, Tinos, Andros). It is only 4.5km from Vravronas archeological museum and 3.5km from the Temple of Artemis. In walking distance there are restaurants, taverns and mini markets and 300m away there is an organised sundy beach. Also it is 3km from the Artemis resort where you can find banks, supermarkets, bars, nightclubs and many places to eat and drink next to the sea
