Spacious and bright flat only 5 minutes walking distance from the city centre, where all the restaurants, cafes and shops are and 10 minutes from the port. Easy transportation links to Athens and Sounio (where most beaches and the famous Temple of Poseidon are).
The flat is located on a small hill offering a magnificent view of Lavrio city and the port. The large balcony is perfect for relaxing and enjoying the view.

It consists of 3 bedrooms (one double and two singles), large bathroom with shower, kitchen (with fridge, microwave and oven) and a large living room with a sofa that can be converted to double bed and dining area with 2 tables.
There is also a modern fireplace for winter.

I highly recommend this wonderful place. We arrived hours early and were met by Hellen, who let us leave our luggage downstairs, as the unit wasn't ready yet. We continued with our Uber the minute drive into town. As it was Sunday, there was only 1 grocery store open. We shopped and walked to a little park at the front of the town. We were in town about an hour total, and then here came Hellen to pick us up to drive us back. WOW! I had not received her text yet about the unit being ready, so she just came to get us. WHO does this, right? Spacious & Bright does! When we arrived, our luggage had been taken upstairs. Also, I had requested, if possible, a congratulations note to one of my Sisters and Brother-in-law for us celebrating their 50th wedding anniversary. Double WOW! They went all out...Balloons, (with confetti in them) on a cabinet, the couches, an actual BOOK on Lavreotiki's history with signed congratulations and a bottle of wine on the table with 4 glasses. Back to...WHO does this, right? Spacious & Bright does. The property was extremely CLEAN, had coffee and sugar for the next morning, chilled water in the refrigerator and toiletries supplied. The internet and TV worked great. We were so impressed, and after our 10 hour flight, felt very well taken care of. We were only there one night before our cruise, but decided we could have stayed longer and been very happy. What a wonderful beginning to our Greece journey. THANK YOU, SO SO MUCH, Lefteris and Hellen!!!!!
