What a great property! Friendly, efficient staff, very clean, well appointed rooms ... on the small side but really all we needed. Breakfast was nice. Cozy fire pit awaited when we came back from dinner. Great location! Will try to stay here in every trip to Athens!

Property is on the University of Georgia campus which allows walking to most destinations. The atmosphere is full of life and campus activities. The one challenge is parking which is in a parking garage not attached to the hotel. It involves unloading at the hotel then moving the car to the garage. Despite this , I loved my stay
