Apartment was nice inside, but the building and surrounding area was run down. Stairs were not well lit nor ventilated. There were exposed wires in hallway. The house keeper was nice but didn't speak English, and it was impossible to reach customer services.

This apartment was very centrally located and an easy walk to the metro. From the metro it was easy to get to the airport and beaches. The apartment is also within walking distance of restaurants and clubs. The apartment was very clean and they have daily room upkeep if needed. The apartment is also very safe. We would definitely book again and loved our stay here.

Unfortunately over the last 25 years the graffiti and lack of upkeep have left many areas of Athens feeling unsafe. As a female traveling alone the walk to the neighborhood was a little scary but there were no issues. Once I got into the apartment/room through three levels of security the room was clean and inviting. It was comfortable and welcoming with a gift box of an assortment of Greek cookies. The hostess was very responsive to questions and the breakfast I ordered was very good. I was able to walk to the metro station in less than 10 minutes and the central location gave me ample opportunity to roam the city.
