Only thing good about this Hotel is that it’s in a good location, just a couple of stops from everything. Looks a little rough but we felt safe. I’m by far fussy so this is an honest review. Reason for my poor rating is the rooms are very small with basic facilities no tea or coffee facilities and just 4 hangers in the wardrobe. Found out after the 2nd day our window had been left unlocked. Which was on a fire staircase! You can hear everything in the hallways. On our last day a group of people checked in at 3am and were very noisy. Had to ask them to be quiet. I was also annoyed with the fact I booked the room with breakfast (even paid extra) and upon arrival was told we did not have breakfast. Receptionist would not view my paperwork and informed me to contact Expedia. She said this happens a lot. After speaking with Expedia who said to pay for it and be reimbursed, I called the receptionist to discuss but explaining this should not be the case. She was very rude, told me it’s nothing to do with the hotel it’s Expedia fault and said ‘what do you want me to do, give you free breakfast’ Zero customer service and very rude. Would never stay here again and would not recommend.

Very nice and super clean hotel with a great friendly staff. They were always helpful. The night bartender was wonderful, enjoyed seeing her in the evenings in the patio.Close to metro and a supermarket.

The hotel staff were very friendly and it's located close to the metro so has very easy access. I travel a lot and the room however was a bit on the small side as the bed took up a lot of space and was quite cramped. However, the only real disappointing thing was there were no tea or coffee making facilities in the room. Every hotel i've ever stayed at has a kettle but this was the first that didn't which was quite shocking actually! Also, the breakfast option should be far cheaper, how much does one actually eat anyway? A couple of croissants and coffee shouldn't cost an arm and a leg. But if travelling on a budget, this place is more than adequate since I never spend much time in the hotel anyway; I was busy exploring. Would give it a 6.5/10

Clean rooms, tasty food and great customer service

I had an amazing experience staying at white lotus hotel. THe front desk clerks were very helpful with giving us directions to wherever we needed to go etc. they were very attentive to make sure we were happy and comfortable. Each and every worker were nice, starting from the front desk to the restaurant and waitresses. Thank you white Lotus for your hospitality.

Nice hotel, comfy bed, good shower pressure / warmth. It was my first night in Athens and I arrived fairly late. It was a pleasant stay. I think the neighbourhood might be slightly further from the city than others places and it was a bit quieter. The room was nice and better than the hotel I stayed at the next night for a tour for a similar price

Good hotel for the price

The hotel is good for the price. Room are small but clean, breakfast buffet is excellent. However I was very disappointed with the staff assistance. The hotel is located in a safe area of Athens but too close to one of the most unsafe areas of the city. When I requested information about a restaurant located only at 15 minutes walking distance, nobody warned me about the dangerous neighborhood and I almost found out having a real bad experience.

A very clean and comfortable hotel that is close to the train station and only 2 minutes from the metro station. Staff were wonderful and the room very ckean and quiet. I woykd definitely stay again.

Great spot!

It was an easy (20 minute) walk to all the tourist destinations. The staff were amazing and extremely helpful. We walked over to To avgo to kokkoro (the egg of the rooster) and it was so good we ate there twice. Great experience.

Great room for a vacation!

The hotel clean and cheery. While the room was small it was comfortable and clean with great air conditioning!! If you going to Athens to see the sights then this is an excellent spot. It was about a 30 minutes cab ride from the airport but very close to all the main points of interest. The staff were amazing. Spoke English, gave great directions, and took care of our every need.

Great hotel with friendly service

We stayed at the White Lotus Hotel for 5 nights and It was a great stay, The staff were really friendly from when we checked in and throughout the stay. They were really helpful with recommendations and there was always plenty of breakfast every morning. The Wifi was good and it was just a 1 minute walk to the nearest underground station, which was 2 minutes to Omonia

Bed is not the worse

Sleepable, insular, small but astonishing confortable to sleep quietly although in the middle of the city. No view staying here means less noise. Parking is convoluted. It's free but you must check it and get a pass & directions to their free valet- parking struture. Staff are accommodating enough in person, not much by phone. Room windows are not very secure; they also are visible from other room windows. There is no other view so just close the windows and shut the curtains at all times. The housekeeping were clean and accommodating. The Entrance address of the hotel is locked & really another door around the corner.
