Welcome to our beautiful countryside home in Normandy, France — a peaceful and relaxing place surrounded by nature, greenery and the gentle sound of the river.

Our home is situated in the beautiful Normandy countryside near Athis-Val de Rouvre, in the heart of the Suisse Normande area. It is an ideal place to escape the busy pace of everyday life and enjoy fresh air, nature, walks, local villages and the wonderful French countryside.

Your Stay

Our home has five comfortable guest bedrooms, each with its own private bathroom/shower room and WC, allowing us to welcome couples, families and groups of friends.

A delicious breakfast is included with your stay, giving you a relaxed start to the day before heading out to explore the area — or simply staying home and enjoying the peace and quiet.

We live at the property while guests are staying, so there is always someone available if you need help, recommendations or information about the local area.

Relax, Play and Enjoy

There is plenty of space to relax both inside and outside.

Our games room is a favourite part of the house and includes a full-size snooker table, bar and darts, making it a great place to spend an evening with family and friends.

Outside, we have large grassy gardens where children can play and guests can enjoy the peaceful surroundings. There is plenty of room to sit, relax, have a drink, play outdoor games or simply enjoy the countryside.

The river beside the property adds something really special to the setting. Guests can enjoy the peaceful riverside atmosphere and, where appropriate, try their hand at fishing.

We are also pet friendly, so your four-legged family members are welcome to enjoy the countryside with you.

A Wonderful Base for Exploring Normandy

The surrounding area is full of beautiful countryside, rivers, forests, walking routes and traditional Normandy villages.

There are many places to explore nearby, including Flers, Condé-en-Normandie, La Roche d'Oëtre and the Gorges de la Rouvre, with their spectacular countryside and walking routes and main towns. The area is also ideal for cycling, hiking, fishing, photography and simply enjoying nature.

For those who enjoy discovering French villages and local food, there are markets, cafés, restaurants, local producers, cider, cheese and other Normandy specialities to discover.

The area also provides a great base for day trips to places such as Clécy and Suisse Normande, Domfront, Falaise and Bagnoles-de-l'Orne. For a longer day out, Mont-Saint-Michel is also within reach by car.

Our home is not just somewhere to sleep — it is a place to slow down and enjoy the simple things.

Wake up to the countryside, enjoy breakfast, take a walk beside the river, explore Normandy during the day and come back in the evening for a game of snooker or darts.

You are free to use our garden area and barbecue facilities. Also have a kitchen and fridge freezer etc.

We have training equipment on board, exercise bikes and weights and martial arts equipment too. Boxing Bags, Wing chun Dummys.

If your alcohol free or you don't mind, we normally offer a welcome drink on arrival.

We want our customers be like our friends and family and want what's best for you.
We welcome all couples and family's with there kids to enjoy a freedom break at our place.

We do have a very small swimming pool which is mainly only used in August, some bits of the property is still being update for a better future.

We also have space for caravans and camper vans if they would like to park there and enjoy the facilities, please send us a message and we can take it from there.
