The "ATL Patio Paradise" is a 2000+ sqft single family home with an enormous 1000+ sqft, two level private, fenced outdoor patio. With 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, this spacious house can comfortably accommodate up to 12 guests.


Living Room
Step into this beautiful space adorned with a warm ATL sign, casting a soft glow against lush greenery, creating an inviting ambiance that's both chic and welcoming. Sink into the comfort of our oversized sectional, perfect for lounging and relaxation after a day of play. Immerse yourself in entertainment with a 65" Smart TV, offering endless streaming options for your viewing pleasure.


Kitchen & Dining
From the living room walk into a fully equipped kitchen with a brand new pot & pan set, indoor and outdoor dinnerware, kid-friendly dinnerware and cutlery, complimentary coffee, spices and condiments. Enjoy a family meal at the picnic style dining table and play a fun game of checkers or tic-tac-toe on the interactive wall-art. Additionally a high chair is available for use located in the pantry.


Bedrooms
There are 3 bedrooms located on the main floor. The master bedroom boasts a king-sized canopy bed, 65" TV with an Amazon fire stick and dimmable lights allowing you to set the perfect ambiance for relaxation or productivity. A sleek vanity desk awaits, ideal for your morning routine or evening pampering sessions. Enjoy the en-suite bathroom where you'll find both a shower and lounging tub along with double vanity sinks. Whether you're unwinding after a long day or preparing for a new one, this master bedroom offers everything you need for your stay.

Two additional bedrooms located on the main floor offer a luxurious queen bed with ample storage for clothing between the dressers and closets as well as Amazon fire stick enabled TV's for your viewing pleasure. Right outside these bedrooms you can find a shared full bath.

On the lower level there is an additional luxurious queen bedroom with ample storage. Down the hall is a large, newly renovated shared full bathroom.

For the culinary enthusiasts, enjoy our brand new stainless steel grill and double barrel smoker. Challenge your friends and family to a game of basketball on our court or cool off in the refreshing pool (4ft), equipped with basketball hoops and floaties for added fun.

Unwind in style on our luxury day bed or sway gently in the hammock, embracing the serenity of outdoor living. Share meals and laughter at the dining table, generously accommodating up to 10 guests, while the aroma of smoked delicacies fills the air from our double barrel smoker.

Parking
Parking is accessible in the driveway and can accommodate 3-4 cars. Additionally you may park along the street in front of the house. Please do not park in front of neighboring homes or in front of their driveways. Absolutely no parking on the lawn.

HOUSE RULES
We are located in a quiet family-friendly neighborhood with strict quiet hours from 10pm to 8am. Absolutely no loud parties – noise complaints from neighbors will be grounds for canceling your reservation without refund.


Pool is open from April - November weather permitting.
Pool hours are from 8am to 10pm (please respect our neighbors quiet time)
**No Life Guard On Duty**
All children must have an adult present to use pool. Flotation devices are only allowed for use inside of the pool.


This is a smoke-free property.
No smoking inside of the property. Smoking Fee: $1000

With the exception of birthday cake candles we do not allow candles inside of the property.

Unfortunately, we do not accommodate pets.


BBQ and Fire pit require propane tanks to operate. We usually have a spare tank for when one runs out, please notify us in those situations. The host will not be responsible for any liabilities, losses, or damages arising from the guests' use of propane equipment. Use at your own risk.


Only toilet paper may be flushed down the toilet. Wipes and other products must be placed in the trash can provided. All trash must be bagged before putting in the garbage.
