The only complaint I have is the parking gate pass. From the day I arrived to the day I left my parking pass would scan but the gate would open for me upon entering or exiting. I was able to utilize the help button at the gate but 2/5 times but it took between 5-10minutes for someone to respond most times causing a back up of cars behind me. On one occasion the car behind me let me use their pass because I was stuck at the gate waiting to exit and no one opened it so I swiped his tag and we both timed it and were able to speed through the gate with our cars gate before the gate came down. This was such an inconvenience. Passengers 3 cars behind would honk and from being held up. I wasn’t the only one that experienced this as I was 2cars behind waiting to exit and the person at the gate was having problems leaving being their pass was not scanning. Please fix this issue ASAP, thanks.

Terrible- had to wait over an hour for my room. Room was dirty- shower was not clean- no hot water in shower. Elevator are slow (one is getting remodeled). Location is great. Worst stay ever.

Had a great stay. Flight was delayed and was able to add an additional night without any problems. The location is perfect, close to all major attractions (Aquarium, HOF, Civil Rights museum) and close to all the HBCU’s. Only downside is lack of food options within the hotel. Will definitely stay again.

Great views of downtown. Convenient to aquarium, Coke museum. They are renovating elevators, but never had to wait wait long for the one working one. Parking was secure with plenty of light and a security vehicle. Room could have used a few more plugs. Bathroom door was missing a handle. But water pressure and shower were great.

When i booked the hotel stay, I paid for parking and breakfast at that time. When i arrived at the hotel, I jad to prove I actually paid for parking and breakfast. Fine, I will give you having to show you the first day, but having to prove it again, the next day is a bit much. There was only one elevator working for our entire stay, it was busy, so the wait time was crazy in addition, the working elevator was working properly either. Housekeeping was all that great.

They keep trying to charge me for parking which I had already included in my reservation( Breakfast and parking) It was paid for thru my booking. Upon check out they would not give me a receipt to see what and if any extras was charged. The elevators was so slow. Of course they was working on some!?

The staff was very helpful and amazing. The food for breakfast was amazing. The first day me and my family went to a bakery. That’s like three minutes away. I was so disappointed when we ate downstairs inside the hotel The next day, I was so mad we wasted $50 when we could’ve been eaten inside the hotel and the food was cheaper so when we’re in Atlanta, we’re definitely staying here
