Staff was very kind and welcoming. The room was clean and stocked with the basics (towels, soap, safe, iron, etc.). There was one elevator down for maintenance which was a bust since the hotel was a bit busy, but the stairs were close to the lobby and my room and I totally understood things happen. I did get a great night's rest considering having a City View. Pretty quiet. Had food delivered. Met them in the lobby without issue. I would book this location again.

Everything was great at the property. Close proximity to the aquarium, park and restaurants. Staff was friendly. Room and lobby were clean! Only thing off was one of the two elevators in the hotel were down.

Chris at the front desk was the highlight of my day. After a long drive up, his customer service and friendliness made it worth the drive. I felt like I was talking with a long time friend. He was extremely helpful and went beyond what his job requires of him. After checking in only one working guest elevator and a service elevator were open. Not a big deal and only a small walk to the service elevator. Room was clean and the air conditioner was working as it should. One problem I had was that the shower is a walk in with no where to put your items beside the ledge where the glass meets the floor. I would recommend putting some type of shelve in the shower. It’s also a bit dim in the shower area. If you have to bathe little kids the room we had is not a good match for you. The water pressure was great. Other is the toilet and the counter were a bit too low. I was not in a room that was labeled accessibility so not sure if every room is low like that. Beds were comfortable and the shades do keep out the lights. I paid extra for city view which was not worth it. Also Hotels.com states there is a microwave in the room and there is not. I have growing kids so we packed stuff to heat up in a microwave. There is a microwave downstairs where you check in so not horrible but was expecting to be in the room. Also paid extra for breakfast thinking it was like most hotels and it was not. They have limited items. Bar is CC or charge to room only. Will definitely go back.

Everything was a great experience the only thing I didn’t enjoy was the TV not being a smart TV and being able to use a Netflix or screen mirror and being limited to the channels was a small inconvenience everything else was no problem and the dining was GREAT breakfast caught us by surprise
