BED BUGS BED BUGS BED BUGS BED BUGS!!!!!! I had to sleep in the car because it was too late to find another room. Also reported it to Expedia which was not able to reach the hotel so after a few days offered me a $25 credit on their platform. Why would I use a platform that does not verify the hotels they are promoting and will not take responsibility for any issues even though they are collecting the payment. Might need legal help on this one!

It felt like a prison cell with beds. The bench that was in the room was stained like someone died there. No shower curtains the towles were tiny. Just a really unsafe vibe with the hotel.

Any room in the building smells, and no room services at all, and very strong smoke smell especially if u don’t smoke u will get headache, generally unclean, door key not properly working you have to try long and there is no room for non smokers, my room never cleaned, while my few days stay! HORRIBLE PLACE TO STAY!!!!

This was one of the rudest, unprofessional encounters I have ever experienced. When the rude cashier stated they have no opening, I told her I had a reservation. She then stated they weren't a ccepting 3party reservations and I had paid for it she stated I'd have to take up with hotels.com and I'd have to pay a $100 deposit IN CASH. I don't walk around with that kind of money so I had to walk away from a room I paid for..
